"Avia F22 for which Pool Aviation is sole UK distributor"
|
| "We have two examples coming - an F22A
in August and an F22C in September 1998," said Tony. "The F22 is superior
in many way to the PA38 Tomahawks based here at Welshpool, although it has a similar
engine. Being a far more recent design it has better climb and cruise speeds, and is
ideally suited for initial training." "The F22C is a
high performance aircraft with a more powerful engine, variable pitch propeller and
retracting undercarriage. It's ideal for touring and sport flying. I know we
have many customers who will be keen to fly it." Tony added.
So far the design has been approved by the Italian, German, American
and Netherlands Authorities. The series is at present undergoing UK certification. |
